Will there’s another way to get rich quick in real estate by investing in tax lien certificates and tax deeds.

That’s right another new system to make you rich quick.  At least that’s what the subject lines on my email are telling me.

A prominent promoter of tax lien investing is now promoting through a joint venture the Partner4Profits program.

The first question that comes to mind is why an advisor for tax lien investing is doing a joint venture with a new kind of “no money down” get rich in real estate?

Well, come on down Brad Wozny.  His program hooks up “Investor Financiers” also known as “50/50 Partners” creating a joint venture syndicate deals with no money down.

Go all the way back to one of your first blog posts and we’ve already seen this type of program.

It’s got all the ear marks of the information marketing program—let me sell you my knowledge on how to get rich using tax liens.  This one offers the added twist of using OPM—other people’s money.

If it works, God bless him.

At best he’s lowering the barrier of the investment required for tax lien certificate and tax deed investing.  At worst he’s the newest offer for yet another information product you can invest in, invest some more in and invest even more before you ever make a dime on a tax foreclosure transaction.

Due diligence is in order if you want to check out all the details of the program.  Right now we’ve received a promotional email on 12/8, 12/10, 12/14 and 12/15.  They promote a webinar, a sign up to the “Inner Circle”, scads of testimonials, big bucks made in a flash and the warning you have to get in Now!

Whatever the merits of the program, at the very least Mr. Wozny is running the standard playbook for an internet product launch right by the numbers.

If you have an interest in the program you can Goggle Brad Wozny.  However, as we caution about any investment you make in tax foreclosure investing do your due diligence.
