80/20? Try 95/5!

Napoleon Hill said it in the first half of the 20th century.

Earl Nightingale said it in the second half of the 20th century.

Take a look at what everyone else is doing and do the opposite!

Their lesson says that the majority is always wrong.

No doubt you’re familiar with the Paredo Principal also called the 80/20 rule.  It states that 80% of your success comes from only 20% of your efforts.  Over time it has become a very effective guide for most areas of our lives.

In areas relating to finances and wealth accumulation the 80/20 rule is too generous.  Statistically, only 5% of the population can afford retirement while the other 95% are broke.  That means the true ratio in creating personal wealth is really 95/5 and you can conclude that 95% of the information about achieving wealth is wrong.

When it comes to Tax Lien Certificate investing the 95/5 rule remains constant.

Google tax lien certificates or tax lien investing and 95% of the listings are for programs to acquire real estate vis a vis tax lien certificates.  Listings about true tax lien certificate investing for safe and above average returns are next to impossible to find.

Yet, tax lien certificate purchases as an investment is a staple of large institutional and affluent individual investors.

It would seem the wealthiest among us know a secret about tax lien certificate investing.

Our continuing mission at www.taxforeclosures.com is to help you discover what they know and are not willing to share.  Stay tuned…
